Thrown Stones at Glass Hearts
Warning! The prologue is a bit harsh, but the story is not that bad. This is also something kind of different from other fanfics (By the way this is a William Beckett fanfic). Hope you like it!
P.S. If it sucks very bad please tell me.
Prologue
Love is a strange thing; one day you feel like the world is steady beneath you feet, but before you know it everything collides. That person you once loved and knew everything about, turns into a complete stranger, leaving you alone trying to pick up the pieces of your broken heart. You either become a reckless mess or a worthless one-night stand. Either way, it takes a long time to get back where you were before.
This story does not belong in the pages of a romantic novel, there is not fairy tale ending and the characters don’t live in their own little fantasy world. Instead this story is about how your life can totally change in a matter of seconds, either you feel
Lust is also a strange thing; you can live the rest of you life with a different person in bed every night, not bothering for a name or number. Sometimes you come across a pretty boy or girl, but that’s just about it, physical attraction. People these days seem to misunderstand the concept of love and lust; they think sex is mutual love and a way to make amends with your loved one. That, my friend, is a perfect example of pure, sick lust. Don’t forget lust can easily be confused with love.
Honestly, real life is hard, rough and merciless, but sometimes you find that someone who takes your hand and leads the way. Now that isn’t so bad, is it? So maybe some fantasies do come true, and love is a real thing. Million dollar question: Where is that thin line between real life and fantasy?
